Updated HUD to include current objective, starting room added for beginning the story. There is a previous screen with instructions on how to play at start of the game.

Updated the main loading screen, updated the HUD (see below), added music to the starting level, applied another camera effect to player, added more life across the 7 cities and a few other things. Working on getting the health system fully operational and the final pieces to the story.
