wamp
since no question is to noob for this formu here i go. can i use wamp for an other host? i mean i made an account to an other free host that supports php and mysql and i dont know how to use wamp to put those code in the server
Re: wamp
Wamp puts the modules on your local machine so you can view/run a site locally.
If you have a webhost, they will already have the modules for you to use there. Look around your control panel on your site and see if you have a phpMyAdmin. My BlueHost site does, and I'm sure others do as well.

Most free hosts will also have extensive tutorials on how to get started somewhere on their site. They should show you how to upload your files, how to connect to the host's database servers, etc.
