Anything Art wise 2d issometric (IE. Design ship sprites, 3d head models, etc (lost train of thought here))
Help program with actionscript/php
Writing
Anything else I might be missing...

EDIT: Things are done using Flash MX 2004 AS2, PHP, and a little JS. It would be a great help to have another programmer, as I am the only one right now!

When i started learn PHP and all that i try learn Flash to so i have "Macromedia Falsh 8" on my computer will not say i am pro but i know how to use it (:
