However, does anyone know what Google Chrome shows up as under the browsers? I know we have quite a few visitors that use it (myself included), but I don't see it there.

I cant believe there are still people using IE, or Opera for that matter..

Wait: Chrome uses webkit, stat collectors usually check the engine and report back to what they think the browser was, so maybe, Safari really is Chrome, they both use webkit engine.
