I don't know if you'll find very many finished Text MMORPG's around here for $19 that members are willing to sell. They dedicate a lot of time to these projects and $19 is what an hour of their time is worth!

'text based mmo' is a very broad term. It's a bit like saying 'I am going to buy food for $19', where food could be a slice of bread or a side of prime venison.
To me, this way, either your going to short change someone, or someones going to short change you. No good outcomes. Though if someone types a mmo in one hour and your happy with a one hour game, that'd be a good outcome, I'd grant.

Why not write one yourself? The outcome will be yours and you will develop as a programmer, also its fun/tiring/confusing/sleep cycle destroying/awesome/energy drinks/stressful/fun again, lol i'm just kidding.
Skillset: C/C++, OpenGL, C#, Lua, PHP, MySql, Web Dev etc.
