I would like one of the admins to post the complete forum rules, so the newly elected mod can enforce them, and the users know what they can and can't do

We're all professionals. What do we need rules for? I say we get a Karma system, where hated people are voted out of the community.

I don't. What if one guy made a bunch of accounts or something just to vote someone off? Or if a lot of noobs/trolls came and voted the good members off? And aren't the weird people like me usually the first people have in mind to vote out?
