I came across this neat tool today. While it won't work in most forums, you can use it to encode your email address on webpages you create to make it un-harvestable by spam bots who troll the internet harvesting email addresses to spam. It is a simple web page form that takes your email address (you can pretty much ignore the rest of the form) and outputs a block of Javascript that scrambles the page source beyond all recognition. While it will likely add an extra KB of data to the page versus just writing out the email address, if it is an email you depend on being able to check for your game or business, it is more than worth it (particularly considering that we are in the broadband age).
