click your wamp icon. go to phpmyadminn and click install. should sort it out.

Check to see if something else is using the ports that wamp is trying to use. When I first installed Wamp, I had an old apache install already on there that was using a port Wamp wanted.
Should be an error log you can look at to see if that's the problem.

skype also uses port 80 as a default, so if you use skype, change the port it uses in the options.
