403 Forbidden: You dont have.. (Problem fixed, nvm)

Ok, Im at the end of video 3b, but instead of it registering the username passwords and email im getting a 403 error..

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /tutorial/reguser.php" on this server.

Checked and rechecked coding, event tinkered around with permissions (Ended up getting me locked out of the admin panel for a while, lol).. in the end, still getting the forbidden access error. Any help on that?

EDIT: Problem fixed, sorry about that.. I simply rewrote the register.php and it solved the problem, mustv'e been a coding fault sure enough.
