Here are some very nice free C++ video tutorials. They use Visual C++ 2008 Express, but I am sure you could use almost any IDE (however, VC2008 Express is free). They are pretty well done except for some annoying background music. There are tons of them that take the viewer all the way through making console applications, into OpenGL, MFC and Windows32 programming.
EDIT: Obviously I didn't make these. I only found them.
