new nav bar to be oogled @ click the ^ and V arrows to scroll back and forth.

also please tell me if some of the words move when you mouse over them..... my mate is convinced some do and i am just not seeing it happen on my screen :s

but i adjusted it so it fixes my mates.... then it moves on mine :s

this is why i hate flash lol whts good for one... isnt for the other lol...

and glad u likes it spirit took me all night and half of today to do. i am supprised it looks as good as it does... i suck ass when it comes to design XD
