Oh. Gah, you specifically said that I could get them online o_O.
Meh. How do I make them then? I draw model in Wings3d, and then what do I do?

Re: My Career so far in Eclipse
K, I must have misread it.
Ok, I think I found the tutorial I needed to bring graphics into Eclipse. The bad news is, it won't let me look at it without registering o_O.
Does "How to Rip Tiles" and "How to Rip Sprites" sound like what I need? It won't let me look at those two (and a few others) D=.
Should I register on their forums?
EDIT: Ok, at the registration page... er...
EDIT2: Meh, I just left it blank and it worked XD.
Waiting for the activation email...
EDIT3: Well I'm registered and logged in, but it STILL won't work...

Re: My Career so far in Eclipse
Oh, you WILL be playing a game by me EVENTUALLY, unless one of the following happens:
1.) You don't play MMOs anymore by the time I finally complete my project.
2.) I get an opportunity to take over a country and therefore will have my time consumed with the task of being dictator
.
3.) I die before I finish my MMO
.
4.) My MMO ends up sucking
.
I'm betting on number 2 if anything, which do you guys think is most likely to happen?

Haha I don't play MMO's now. But I will defiantly give yours a try of course
. The only game that I play that is an mmo is Gods and Idols. By far the most epic MMO I have played to date. And the fact its made by one of my good friends is a plus

Re: My Career so far in Eclipse
I spent hours making these graphics usable for the eclipse engine. They are free to use.

Re: My Career so far in Eclipse
I had been eyeing Reiner's spritesets for some time now, but after trying them out and realizing that they did not work in Eclipse, it is awesome to see a converted set. Many thanks for releasing your work (I know it took some effort to get them Eclipse usable) to the community.
A couple of questions, though:
1. Doesn't Eclipse have to be modded to take sprites over a certain size, and are some of those buildings over that size? I am not that familiar with Eclipse honestly, but I did look in to it at one point. I think I remember hearing that it was not that hard to do (and well-documented on the Eclipse forums), but if it does require that, people may need to know to look in to it.
2. Did it take any source modifications to get some of those sprites to work correctly in your game? For example, looking at the castle in the screen shot, there would be times when the character would be covered by the sprite and other times they could be seen while moving across it (such as moving behind the flags). I honestly can't remember if Eclipse handled this, and how it would be handled on custom sprites such as this.
EDIT: I think I answered #2 for myself just by checking out the sprite sheets closely. I see that the flag is separate from the castle, and that reminded me that Eclipse handled everything in "layers" to give it a correct psuedo-3D effect.
