NWN PW
Started playing the old NWN last night with a friend. Wow I have forgotten how much replayability that game STILL has. Very fun stuff.
I was looking through all the current mods and there are so many. You can basically build any game from it. You could still also technically make money from it by build a awesome world and hosting ads on the website. Not that I would want to do it, but there is still a serious following for that game.
Anyways I was thinking of a Post apoc style game, Kinda like the Torn-Earth game I and a few of you out there had started on a while back. Where you have the "Magic" and "Techs", 2 factions that hate each other, much like the movie Wizards. It would be a Persistant multiplayer world. NWN is only like $10 for the super edition or its easily gotten anywhere and just about and PC can play it. The world builder and scripting has always been fun.
Anyways please vote and leave comments.

got to quickly playing around with texturing and modeling for NWN1 and trying to add a future look to it. This is just a quick play around.

Re: NWN PW
I bought NWN 2 just for playing with its engine. Created a map and did some stuff. Only problem I have is finding time to get deep into it.

Re: NWN PW
If that is NWN1, I don't see why people fuss about the graphics. It's not top-notch modern, but it is not bad by any stretch of the imagination.
I know there was a conversation about NWN1 vs. NWN2, but a downside for NWN2 is that the texturing and other art asset production would also need to be top-notch to look natural with the rest of the engine.

Looking good!
Reminds me of the first Dungeon Siege. One of my favorite old games (other than Biplanes on Intellivision
