Hello everyone. I am new to web development. I have been learning html5 and css3 for a couple months and i think it is time that i take on actual projects so i can get a portfolio built.

I am hoping that someone here will allow me to make there website,free of charge, so i can get my portfolio going and move forward in this field.

What are you wanting to do in web development? Be a front-end web designer or a server-side web programmer? If you want to be a web programmer, you may want to pick up a server-side language like PHP
