Other Payment Site?

So I am looking for online payment method.
I have to start saving to buy art assets and since I'm only 15 and I don't have any credit card and I don't want to ask my parents to pay it for me.

Things like.. MOL maybe? (mol.com)
but MOL is for online games.. I need some real global payment method that have numerous top-up method.. like in MOL I can just buy the voucher in the supermarket right away.. I want it to be like that also..

just make sure I can transfer the cash to other people and with the least tax rate

and I'm so noob in these things so if anyone has the info and experience I need pls share

Pretty much what I was going to suggest. Those Visa cards can be used almost anywhere, although you will still find some vendors have a way to ferret them out and deny them, particularly for subscription services where they are giving you something up-front for a commitment. Besides those, most places accept them.
