I have already about 3 A4 pages ready to be published... all depends on the interest, that's it.Starting with ideas
Any development starts with some idea behind. Being a simple "crop image" tool, or something a lot more complex like an operating system. But ideas are easy to get, yet it's a bit harder to have a clear idea, and even harder to go from a base idea to a final product.
Yet another issue common to most developers is STICK to a single idea. If you are in those of us which actually get their mind flooded by ideas, you will have an hard time to stick with a single idea to bring it to completion. Here many talked about this common sickness of starting a project, and as soon as you have a rough thing showing the first results you get bored and jump on the next idea. Yes the first phase which quickly gives a quick result is maybe the most rewarding one, or it may look like the most rewarding one, however believe me or not, but once you deliver the product or at least a first usable version, and people start to use it, I can assure you that this even more rewarding.

Just a general question, do you guys would find interesting to read a blog (my blog) about game development, how things progress with my project(s), tip and tricks, and maybe benchmarks? I do have a piece for a first post to give you an hint. Let me know what you think about your interest in such blogs:

Re: Development blog
Most definitely!
I have been waiting for people to show off and tell about how they got there and their thoughts of future of the project.
So I would be interesting in reading.
It's admirable that you have actually written your progress down in a blog-like way, I would not be able to develop and write my progress due I would spend too much time polishing my text before posting

Re: Development blog
Hah, I'm not saying it has to be polished, I have just personally an issue posting stuff without re-reading my text a few times.
For example everytime I post on a thread here, I re-read my posts before posting.. Not that It makes it any better but just to convince myself that I wrote something that other might also understand
But perhaps I might get inspired by your blog and pick it up as a habit to start writing down progress and problems encountered
Any story towards completion is a good read.

isometric path finding is nothing else as normal path finding which we all know that the most standard and good resulting solution is called A*

Ok I setup something, I downloaded some blog software (never tried it before), added some content, and tried to clean up a bit of the default links / pages:
