Need Help In Coding

Hi Good evening and I need to apply these changes in attachment attached below So help me in this....

-->Ability to change the screen size when window is open
-->When the “X” button is clicked the application minimize to system tray. Currently the application get closed
-->When the buttons are clicked it needs to able to open a .PDF or Image file eg .JPG and display it in the window
-->Location of these files are read from a config.ini file which will have the location of where the file is located.
-->Ability to change the name of the button from the config.ini file
-->Ability to add and remove buttons and files are done from the config.ini file
-->The config.ini file will be held centrally and should have the ability to be read by the application which is installed on many computers
-->The application should cache the images so when the user clicks on the button it is instant and does not wait for the image to be copied down and then loaded.

Some of those points are quite an undertaking unto themselves (a couple are at least an evening of coding). Are you asking us for help or asking us to edit your file and implement them for you? We can try to answer any questions you may have, but you need to at least try to implement these features yourself, and ask us when you hit a problem
