I know Halls has the pro version, but hes not keen on Unity. I have the free version, and LOVE IT! I wish I could afford the pro version, as I would get it for sure!!

I have the Pro version. I love it, but I need more hours in the day to work with it

Hey, have you developed anything for the Windows Phone market? Seems to be launching quite decently after all.

Thanks for this welcome. I will look at that NeoAxis engine(thanks for the tip dbest). About unity i already downloaded it and tried it. Seems good so far. I will let you know if i develop anything good with it.
P.S: No, i havent created nothing for the windows phone so far, but maybe in the future. (If that question was for me).

Re: Hi! programmer here in c#
yes I am moving to the windows development as well. I have Unity Pro and no I do not like it. I LOVE the world building but the scripting has some issues I can't stand. Like getting scripts to connect with other objects, the GUI, and the multiplayer is HORRIBLE.
Other than that I do love unity. The web deployment is the best out there. One of the best games I have played in years, Terraria, was made with XNA and that has spawned new respect for C# from me.
I am now working with HTML5 however as that is the current future of the web.
Welcome, glad to have another C# programmer around.

Thanks for that informations about unity, i will see if it suits me or not.
Yes, Terraria is a good project and it shows what can be done with XNA (well you can do almost anything if you have the skill and team). However there is one thing about XNA that i dont like. The code from older versions is unusable in the newer ones.
But i am now playing with this thing: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cosmos_(operating_system). It is fun and you can learn a lot of things and i am still finishing one of my games right now. So, it will be a while until i test unity deeper. Guess i will see then.
