I don't really see it as demanding. It would be if people were wanting a specific format for a poster to ask a question, but this is the recruitment section. Everyone has the right to be at least a bit demanding if they are considering adding someone to their team (who will have access to their personal work) or joining someone else's team (where they will be doing extensive volunteer work for someone else).
