I have one question to the Browsergame...
may we change the quelltext from the browsergame and then publish it online without being punished for it later, even if someone get money for it ? Sry for my bad english

as long as you change the name and all the images then yes you may do whatever you want including make money. If you are talking about Forsaken Sanctum or Urban Realms then the answer is also yes I just ask that you put a link to indie-resource on your site somewhere.

just in addition to what halls put, i think it would be a good idea to develop these games further into something more your own cause i feel that is something that you will prefer and players will prefer.
