what do you mean new user ? yeh i have the db made there is a took on the control panel that lets me do its the same as in the wamp tutorials did exactly the same thing just over the website instead and yeh i used localhost that might be why ill check with them and see if i should make the path localhost

Good news managed to get the wamp server working, it turned out that there was a file in system 32 that needed to be edited or something.
