yeah.. so my host doesn't support crons, but I found lots of sites that will do them.. So basically what I need is help setting them up, I have no idea how :?

watch the cron video tutorial in the browser mmo tut section
Coding-PHP, Javascript, C++, HTML, mySQL
Modeling/Art-Blender, GIMP

ok,just a final question :D can I get a free hosting with cpanel, & use it's cron jobs for my own host? is that possible?
