Where is this " iniset = $stmp "localhost"" Because i can't find it...

I am aware of that. I tried changing to what he said in the file and i changed it, but when i go to send the email it says localhost even tho i changed it.

Its like it didnt change at all in the file even tho i did, i am trying to get hotmail as it but gmail would work too.
