Next semester I'm taking a class for Multiplayer Game Programming. They use Unity
Plus, since I'm more of an artist than I am a coder, I'll be on the art side of the development than the programming side of the class, which should be pretty damn cool.
I just find it awesome that Unity happens to go free for indies right when I sign up for a Unity class.

That is very nice. Though I will be now using Unreal Instead of unity I am anxious to see what all you learn and what you can teach us

Yeah we'll see what happens..I should know quite a bit of Unity though by the time the class is over, and either way it'll give some good experience.
Plus, my advisor said that either this summer or next they're planning on developing a full game and anyone that wants to join in, can..and you have to have this unity class done, so that'll be pretty sweet to be able to work on a full game again.

yeah i have been missing a serious project for some time. I miss the teamwork, the fun, the development, the fans, and so much more. I am starting up a serious project once again and dropping nearly all my other projects. I have been in limbo far too long.
You should have some fun working with classmates and I am also anxious to see some results.

Exactly. The class doesn't start till January 11th though so it'll be a couple months until I have anything to show from that class..In the mean time, more modelling/coding practice I suppose!

DAmn thats awesome, I wish had some oppurtuinties like that here. In sask (Province) we have only one games development studio and its non profit... like WTH!?!
So naturally game development with coding and what not is pretty bare all over here.
