Hello.

I've cane to conclusion that the only way that I could learn programming skills is by making something, some application or... just making.

That is why I decided to make a game. It will be a TBS game, called Sales Tycoon. It will be web-based and it will be available at manager.iofi.ro.

At this point in time is at idea-stage, not pre-alpha, not even pre-pre-aplha .

I will welcome any suggestions and I will follow up this post with question for how to best put in practice my ideas.

You are correct, the best way to learn is to do. That is how I learned. Just found something I wanted to make and made it. Good luck and I am sure you will find plenty of resources here to get you going.
