Mobile NWE Login and Registeration Form

Hi guys!
i create a ready to go login and registration form FrontEnd for mobile device to login to NWE database. I also include an automatic token for user to login forever until they logout.

include:
-Frontend login and register form
-Backend PHP handler
-SQL
all you need to do is install the SQL file into your database and input your host, username,password,and database name in the conn.php file
