I still get a invalid license error in NWE. Has this not been fixed?

I have forgotten what the fix was with this. I know it mainly only happens on Wamp so I just go offline for development. On my live server I do not get the invalid license.

I cant even download NWE anymore cuz it wont let me log in. I thought I got my password wrong so I tried to recover it. It accepts my email address, but as soon as I get the link for password recovery, it says my password does not exist. Even the modules I uploaded to the store are gone, as if my account literally just disappeared. It has been like this since February. I tried to get help with this already back then, but nothing happened so I let it go for awhile. Hoped now things are sorted out but its still the same
:?

This is the problem with any Software that calls back to their server. If they have a problem everyone does.

Has anyone spoken to the owner in the last few months? Not seen him around at all.

The weird part is that like previously said it pretty much only happens locally. I believe I threw a copy up on a Vagrant machine (Ubuntu 14.04), NGINX, and PHP 7 and it worked fine. Basically the Laravel Homestead box.

I will message you his email if you dont have it.

Greg is still around and is actually doing work on the engine. He has hired a coder to work on features and such.

Thank you,
tho i got it working by now one way or another with the help of a_bertrand.

But what confuses me right now is:
Isn't the old Module-Manager there anymore?
Where you could activate or deactivate the different modules?

All i when i try to use it is a notification that i have to update the Quest-Module, and an error if i do so.
But the rest of the Manager seems gone.
