GameLib location

Had to hunt around quite a bit for the library, as the sean.co.uk website currently points to a site where the domain is for sale and the library is gone.
In order to make it easier for folks to find, I have uploaded it to my mediafire account. Here is the link:

As far as I can tell, this is the same version Halls was using in RTS Video 1.
