Mccode converter

I don't know much about mccode but I was wondering if the converter had any value for people to retain? Like should I incorporate it into the new site. And then I would need to figure a way to test it.

Since MCC is still widely used it may not hurt to keep it as a reference. Although, it is still kind of hard to completely convert it over it is a good baseline. I would maybe incorporate it along side a document to explain some things
