Looking for a RPG engine

I am looking for a good RPG engine. Something like abyssal.

but cheaper. The graphics don't have to be as nice but 3d and some decent graphics.
anyone have any suggestions? Multiplayer is not a must.

I have been keeping active on it. Its not there yet but close. Its looking real good so far but you need some c++ skills to really get some use from it. I am more web language based and scripting based so I fear it would be a lot of work for me to even get a good start.
I will swing by their forums and check progress. I guess I need to get Tony to stop by here and make a post on it

If you search "3D RPG engine" on Source Forge, a couple of promising projects pop-up (I can't get a link to work correctly to the search results for some reason). I don't think any of them are 100%, but may be soon.
