links/urls posted on forum could be opened to a new window

Hello,

I've noticed that I have started using 'Mouse3' to every link in IndieResource-forums just to avoid going back and forth everytime I click a link.
So I thought, wouldn't it be better to open all the links to a new window? I bet that's a forum-setting that defaults this..

What do you guys think?

Personally I was browsing a thread here, clicked on a ref link, browsed further and closed it.
And it took me a while to actually refind the thread again and several times I'm just lazy and 'Oh, well..' when I was browsing to give somekind of feedback of whataever it was

So in short,
Would it be better for the urls/links to open to a new window instead of using the main one?

It would be easier to have it in a new tab.

Yeah there should be like a auto add attribute target="_blank" on every link in posts.

that is a module I will have to install for PHPBB. Will do it when I get a chance.
