Programming Scholarships

Does anyone know of any good scholarships where the winner is chosen based on a programming competition, something like "Build an app to win this scholarship" kind of deal? I have googled some but all I find is "Scholarship Application" or 'programs for scholarships' kind of sites, not programming scholarships.
