It is probably a "small-timer". These are typically people who used to play MMOs and are trying to go into the RMT business. They eventually get wiped out by Asian gold sellers, though, since they have such low over-head and because of the difference in currency value. The small-timer may have US$50 worth of bills every day, whereas the Asian gold seller has US$4.

ah that makes sense. He could spend 6 hours in one day hitting every forum google gives him and probably get a few buyers that would return his six hour investment.

If they have a profitable exploit, or run a small bot farm. If they are trying to keep up with the corporate gold sellers by playing legit, I doubt they could ever make a return worth their time.
