Hello Everyone!
Some of you may know me some may not, so I decided to reintroduce myself

My name is Rachit and I used to be part of this community a while back. I am currently a freshman at UCSD pursuing Computer Engineering and that is also the reason why I suddenly disappeared. I was busy settling into a university environment and man it is different from high school

I love programming and have a keen interest in game development. Now that I have gotten settled in university and I know my way around here, I have found a video game development on campus! I decided to rejoin this amazing community as it is an incredible resource for information and knowledge!

You will find both High School and College is nothing like the real world and a job as well so don't get to use to it BUT enjoy it! I am envious.

And I agree... I HATED high school.. I made C's, D's, and F's, and only got into college with my music talents But college was great. 3.47 GPA. You'll love it!

I have done the "real world" and college, and I can say one of the biggest differences is the feedback. Almost everyday in college you get some kind of grade, or some teacher telling you how great your work is, some award, etc. In the real world you will be lucky to get feedback once a month, basically no awards, and few people will tell you how great you are doing, even if you are (they don't want you asking for more money).

Sure thing, I continue to work on cubicverse, and we are currently concentrating our efforts in bug fixing and content creation.
