Editor with Autocomplete?

PhpStorm or WebStorm should do what you want. PhpStorm is the best web development IDE in existence.

WebStorm just came out with version 7.0 yesterday. I bought 6.0 back in April, and because it was less than a year ago, I got the upgrade to v7.0 for free! I am sure most devs will know that free major version upgrades are quite rare (most only give minor upgrades for free, even if you just bought the previous major version last month). I loved 6.0, and 7.0 is just even more amazing (they added EJS templates to their file formats! Wooo!). It is way more than worth the $50 for an individual license, and every once in a while they have sales where you can pick it up for $30. 
WebStorm would work great with Isogenic, and any other Javascript-based development, and has first-class support for Node.js.
