will also try and do an over view of the mass pm system i have just built (well half built lol)

it limits to the amount of recipients to 10. only players of level 10 + can send mass pms otherwise they are restricted to one. it doesnt register pms to non existant players.

all is working hunky dorey at the moment ^^ woopers.

about to start work on viewing received and sent messages. so long as i can get that done, and i have the time tomorrow. i shall run through that aswell
