I think I made a topic sometime ago but where is the best place for a coder to find contract work? Like online, people needing some coding done.

Only place i know is freelancer.com but that site is very odd.. i can't understand the bidding and stuff.. wtf? wasn't it made just for apply for the job, the person (boss) sees your work and hires you... Simple..
