We are sorry if you could not get onto the website in the past few days maybe with 404 errors and you being able to see "hallsofvallha" directory! but we are now back and ready to roll on our new servers!

i was waiting on godaddy to update to the new nameservers then had to find time to get all this moved. The database is so big I had to do it in chunks

Good to see it is back up and running sweet. I was getting worried for a while. Out of the 5 forums if frequently lurk in 1 is gone, 1 is inundated with spam, and then this one was unreachable so I was down to only 2 and getting worried.

Glad it's back and faster than ever. Now I can continue to lurk here.

I have to agree with you, I would never host anything with GoDaddy, all the budget hosts are pretty much the same, they all love to oversell bandwidth and space so they can offer ridiculous packages for a low price. Who really needs 10 gig of space and unlimited traffic for a website. That whole business model is flawed and opens you up to a slew of spammers who will pay the 1.99 to use up all the bandwidth until they are shut down then move on to the next one. In turn that reeks havoc on the other legitimate users. That is why I prefer to co-locate, sorry for the rant.

Yep same here. I am using asmallorange for the hosting and so far very happy. I also cleaned up the DB some so that may have been a portion.
