You may want to elaborate a bit.

Tell abit about the game, it's an MMO doesn't say much.
What language is the game written i?
Is it payed?
How much time do you expect your new collaborate to put into the project? etc.

Nah should be a fun mess around project may be able to get some pay features going later depending on how things go.
As little or as much as they like/can do no rush here

Sorry if this sounds nit-picky, but when you say "SQL server", so you mean "Microsoft SQL Server" or "a SQL server, most likely MySQL"? They do operate somewhat differently.

Yes used this I've been changing a lot as you can see and a lot of the code was old and had to be fixed up to get it all going again. I'm looking for some help to take it even futher
