Western Board Game Map Maker Needed.

I'm currently looking for someone to help design a western town map for a board game project I'm working on. Players move around the 1" grind as part of the games movement. They move around town and into buildings.

Requirements:
1) The town needs to be between 20-22" x 20-22" square with a 1" grid.
2) The theme needs to be american west circa 1880
3) Locations needed: Town Hall, General Store, Church, Livery with Coral, A run down shack, Doctor's Office, Sheriff's Office with Jail and Saloon.
4) Layout is up to you but I would like to have a main road through town.
5) The buildings need to have at least one entrance and windows.

There will be compensation for an accepted design
