i thought you had a ps3 halls? yes it's gonna be a ps3 only release, and it's being developed by sony. and like raven said, it's gonna be hosted on their server. i can't imagine how fun it would be: in killzone, when there are 32 players in game, it is the best gaming experience ever. now make that number 256... wow. this is war

Hehe yep the #1 reason why most of the free Korean FPS games allow more than 16 people is due to the bandwidth limitations of there user base. I don't own a PS3. But 256 players does sound awfully fun. Oh well I think I can live without. I prefer my powerhouse of a PC over a console with 256mb of ram. Yes its incredibly fast ram. But if I remember correctly it doesn't even achieve max speed due to bus limitations. Although that I could be wrong.

Hehe yeah I know its specs. But I am still not a fan of it. To be honest MGS4 would of looked alot better on the PC than the PS3. One of the reasons the PS3 can have those sometimes incredible graphics is due to the fact that blue-ray can hold roughly 50gb of data. Although GE has already developed a prototype optical disc that can hold 500gb and works more like a dvd

. It "could" be the best gaming machine ever. But in my opinion the best gaming machine of all time. Is your PC nothing stands up to the power of the PC. Problem is its cheaper to go spend $500 on a PS3. Than it is to get a really nice PC to be able to play the games at full graphics power. But yeah PS3 isn't to bad.

what i liked 'bout mgs4 isn't just the graphics, but the storytelling, and the fact that it's ps3 only made me use it as an argument

the main reason behind me getting the ps3 is i don't like to have games installed on my work pc: i like to save every single byte of space and ram for art. And you have to admit it's practical to just put the cd and play, no hassle installs, no bugging driver incompatibilities etc...

. Yeah its nice not having to install anything. Just pop it in and BAM there it is. But I do in the end prefer the power my PC has. And ty I am very proud for hitting first 100 posts
