WampServer Error.. [Solved]

So, I boot up Wamp, start all services, hit put online and....
help??
I tried stopping and starting services again, I tried restarting services, I tried re-booting Wamp.. nothing is working..

Now I feel like a fool.. all it took was a computer reboot...
