Neat job! One thing I can tell you are having problem with is the perspective.
Here's a few tutorials:

For a 3D program it's really about what exactly you want to do. If it's JUST modelling then any will do but just need one that isn't as intimidating as blender. If you want to texture it as well then your getting into a lot more complicated stuff and will need an art program (probably GIMP) as well as a 3d program that can UV map

well, i want a 3d modeller, but just to make buildings.. of course with some color and stuff... but bottom line i will save them as png and make an image of them.

Is it going to be isometric? or does it need 3d?

There could be an easier way to do it.

Its not free, but 3D World Studio is basically an updated version to a program I used to use years ago with Dark Basic Pro (Cartography Shop was the name of the old program). While I don't have experience with the newer version, the old one was very easy to use. So easy in fact, I was able to just dive in and start working without reading any manuals, tutorials, etc. It is mostly designed for making building exteriors and interiors, texturing, baking lighting, etc. And it is just $49, so that is not bad.

well, my idea was making a 3d simple building (the game is medieval so... like stone texture, some wood...) and then take a "print" in a perspective view so it can be viewed 3d in the png or jpeg file..
