Well new year is approaching swiftly in 10 hours and 15 minutes (more for some less for others!)

So does any one plan on achieving something in the new year, any new years resolutions?

For me I am going to prove myself at my new job, move out of where I am and into a place where I don't feel like I am not wanted and finally get my website noticed! lol.

Might add become more of a social bunny and get myself a girlfriend in there... but thats not top of the list lol.

I tend to look at new years resolutions as a way of clearing up a few little negative forces acting on my life and tend to stay away from including long term goals in them. 2011 was a very positive and also very negative year for me. The positive parts always revolving around the learning aspects of things. It's almost as if my eyes have been pried wide open with a crowbar, but the negativity of 2011 also left its damage. So here's my resolutions.

1. Stop smoking
2. Go to the gym again
3. Get back into a normal sleeping routine
4. Be happy

Happy 2012 everyone! Hope it has loads of joy in store for you guys.

I agree with both the stop smoking and getting healthier. I also thought up of 2 additional ones to add to my list for new year goals.

Travel to see my best mate who I have never met... (sounds weird but it works lol)
Go to Holland to see a good friend and a holiday! lol

I hear ya Chris. This year has been a rollercoaster ride, but I will try and use the negatives to fuel my progression this coming year. I look forward to 2012 with a bittersweet outlook. This coming year has a lot to go along with it.

Resolutions:
1) Stop Smoking (Stopped two week ago. Hopefully it holds).
2) Eat healthier (No more fast food).
3) Focus on one project at a time.
4) Finish a project
5) Stop saying no to everything.
6) Find a better paying job.

I'm trying to stay positive but I turn 30 this year, no wife, no kids, a dead end job and hoping for the zombie apocalypse to add some spice to my life.
