Placeholder textures/models?

I'm working on a project and I need some placeholder art. What's a good site to download some fairly high quality 3D models and textures (free or pretty cheap preferably) for use as placeholders while I'm doing some terrain/landscape work?
It's a fantasy-themed and I need the models in 3DS Max or Maya format. Just some generic fantasy-type buildings, trees, etc. along with some terrain textures.
