Two things:

First, yes, it does require email to use it, so I am not going to as I don't trust the site.

Second, I'm not quite sure what you want translated. Do you want the game you are trying to play translated, or do you want the game you are trying to make translated? Please clarify.

HTML5 has further support for foreign languages that are not written left-to-right (not sure which way Arabic is written, but if it is not left-to-right, HTML5 will really help). It also supports more forms of encoding to make sure that your Arabic characters are correctly represented. I suggest to read up on some HTML5 tutorials (at least the foreign-language support) and see if that will help you.
