Looking for layout tutorials - PBBG layouts

Hey guys, was wondering is there anyone who has some tutorial links saved, that shows how to make nice UI designs
or like how to make nice looking web page for a game the one thing I'm interested in learning, is how to make cool
borders/corners/ for example like this ->

In short, -< there must be at least one tutorial specifying how to make a nice looking layout for an pbbg.

yeah, there is really no tutorial to explain it.. I searched for it too, never found something usefull. Believe it or not, but most resources referring to those layouts lead you 11 years back in time to 1999-2000.

I suggest just try and work on something in photoshop or gimp. I just started using photoshop and created something fun. After a while you start using the right brushes et cetera.
