Hey guys. I am in the early stages of development for my new medical MMORPG called Medical Madness. Players who register will be tasked with the day to day duties of running their own hospitals, from firing surgeons and doctors to financially raping other hospitals and espionage (maybe). I am currently running the site on byethost, which is a free host, so I do not think I have access to crons and I definately dont have access to sockets, SMTP, and all the premium stuff that they have up there.

The host I use is Data Realm

I am using the VPS hosting which starts out at $4.95 US/month. I love it. They have a quick response times to problems, they will help you get all setup if you become lost. I am using the $19/month plan. It doesn't come with a cPanel, however they will install a virtualmin/webmin (similar to cPanel) for FREE.

They will even host 3d MMO's, but it has to be on the dedicated servers with the unmetered hosting. Check them out for a good webhost. The domain is 11.95/year. And the domain go here, they run it also Anydomain. Datarealm will help linking your domain name to your website, no problem. Out of 5 stars, I give them 4.5, best one I have used thus far.
