here. Funny, but also really puts this stuff into perspective that we as web devs get too far into our own world and forget about the vast majority of people using the web.

Haha very funny, also very true !
Then again, some issues are there for us to do, because they trust us as developers. This means secure connections for payment etc. I dont need to hear that they think it`s safe because of some icon ..
Anyway, good site, puts things in perspective indeed

Definitely mostly for the lulz. A lot of it is exaggerations, considering the fact that some of the things they mention are standards-based things that simply make things easier for the dev, and were never meant to be known by the end-user.
But some are great, like the OpenID one. That absolutely does make absolutely no sense
