C4 Engine

Looking around, I haven't seen the C4 Engine mentioned at all except for an old post in this section. It has changed a lot since then, and I figured I would bring it back up as a viable option to game developers.

I'm a current licensee, and so far I've enjoyed using it. I'm sad to say I haven't had the time to create something with it, but I intend to in the near future. Its a very well coded engine, and updates come pretty frequently (although the lone developer, Eric, tends to underestimate the time it will take him to do things). But enough of my blabbing, heres the link to the site:
